If You File a PCTG Complaint Report
This website allows our PCTG members supporters and consumer to file a report electronically to report potential violations of state regulations and standards.
The information submitted from this report is saved to a database and some of the collected data is available for public review on our web site. Consumer information such as name, address and phone number is not made available for public viewing on this web site.
A copy of the complete report including identifying consumer information is processed by the PCTG administrative office and forwarded to your consumer’s and your State Senator and Representative , Department of Insurance and Consumer Liaison’s Office and The Attorney General’s Office.
